Q. How soon can I make an appointment?

A. We will be happy to see you at your convenience. Our normal business hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., but we will make special arrangements if necessary.

Q. Will I speak directly with the attorney?

A. Yes, I will meet with you personally to discuss your matter.

Q. How do I pay for my legal fees?

A. Our firm works on a contingency fee basis. If we do not reach a settlement, then you owe us nothing for our services.

Q. Do I have a case?

A. After all the facts and evidence are collected, we determine whether to take a case based on what we believe to be the likelihood of success. If we believe that our firm can be of service to you, we will take the case.

Q. What is the value of my case?

A. Every case is different and must be evaluated independently. Our office will take a great deal of time to come to a proper evaluation of your case.

Q. How soon will my case settle?

A. Again every case is different and a great deal depends on the insurance for the other party. We will do our part to resolve your case in the least time possible.

Q. Will you keep me posted on the status of my case?

A. We will always have open communication with you and work at your direction.
